A birth doula works closely with expecting people and families through pregnancy to ensure they are educated and informed about birth as well as physically supported and emotionally prepared to start this beautiful new chapter.

I provide physical and emotional support during the length of your labor and delivery. It’s important to me to help facilitate communication with the staff, Midwife or OBGyn to ensure you have all the information you need to make informed decisions regarding your baby's birth. I’ll provide reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, make suggestions for labor progress, and help with relaxation, massage, positioning and other techniques for your comfort. I work directly for you to provide you the support you deserve.
